particularly directing its assistance to the most needy families and the most vulnerable social groups, particularly those with special needs and permanent disabilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The association distributed food baskets as part of its third convoy in Lattakia city and its surrounding villages, in coordination with the Directorate of Social Affairs and Labor in
