The Mesopotamia Association announces its invitation to qualified companies and warehouses specializing in pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to submit bids for a six-month project to supply medicines and medical supplies to the city of Latakia, on a monthly or more frequent basis, in accordance with the technical and administrative requirements detailed in the tender documents.
The project will be for the supply of medicines and medical supplies for a period of six consecutive months, on a monthly or more frequent basis, in accordance with the technical and administrative requirements outlined in the tender documents. Announcement Date: December 22, 2025

• The association will not accept any bids submitted manually or via any other means.
Required Documents:
Bidders must include the following in their submissions:
1. A completed, signed, and stamped Request for Quotation (RFQ) form, along with the corresponding Excel file.
2. A valid commercial registration certificate.
3. A financial clearance certificate for the current year.
4. Proven experience in the supply of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies, specifying the years of experience.
5. A company or warehouse profile including its location, warehouses, transportation and storage methods, organizational structure, and supporting photos.
Notes:
• Supplies will be delivered monthly or more frequently for a period of six consecutive months, starting from the contract signing date.
• Late bids will not be accepted.
• The organization reserves the right to award the contract based on the unit price or the total price.
• Changing the quality or brand of any material after the contract signing is not permitted.
• Materials of prohibited or unknown origin will not be accepted.
• The winning supplier must obtain all necessary official approvals for the transport and insurance of the materials, including approvals from the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and any other customs procedures.
